Items usually ship First Class through USPS within the United States with tracking. With the purchase of USPS Priority shipping, I will ship items out at the same turn around time listed in the shop header or item description, however, USPS will deliver within 2-3 business days, generally.

You will be notified through Paypal when an item ships and can check the tracking information through USPS.com.

Please check the shop header or item's descriptions for turn around time. Ready to ship items will ship within 2-3 business days.

If you purchase a ready to ship and a custom made item, I will mail them together when the custom item is finished.

If you need an item by a particular date, please contact me so that we can arrange a plan that works for all parties!

If you are outside of the United States, you are responsible for any customs, taxes, duties, fees, etc.

Returns and exchange details
If you experience a problem or concern with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can attempt to come to a favorable solution for everyone.

All items, unless noted as ready to ship, will be custom made when ordered. Unless specified as otherwise in the individual item's description, items will be shipped within 10 business days.

If you would like to cancel an order after payment, please let me know as soon as possible. I will only honor cancellations on orders when the item has the potential to be resold or the item has not be started yet. I will solely make that decision. While I would like to find a happy solution for everyone, I may refuse to cancel an order. If an item is shipped, I will not cancel or refund the order.

I will accept returns for non-customized orders that can potentially be resold or have some kind of flaw from production. Any replacement products or refunds will not be issued until the item is returned.

Again, please contact me before returning any items.

Any refunds will be done through the original form of payment. Occasionally, PayPal's refunds can take a few days to process and show up on your account. Any questions can be directed to the original platform in that situation.
